There must be a clear purpose why we seek for the supernatural power of God. If this is not clearly defined; we know that power in the wrong hands will bring destruction, and not glorify God….Simeon thought power can be bought with money…His motive was wrong! Prayer connects you to the greatest source of power, which is God. It gives you access into His presence where His power and glory are manifested. When the glory of God is manifested we will be transformed and Christ will be seen.
